Karen S. Garnett
Many of Karen's paintings are done "plein air" on location out-of-doors. This helps her see and absorb the small details of a scene and nuances of light which cannot be captured with a camera. Coastal scenes and mountains are favorite subjects, and her preferred tool is the palette knife which adds great texture to her paintings. Karen has won numerous awards and her work can be found in collections in the USA and Europe.
Commissions accepted, for landscapes, architectural scenes and portraits.
